I fixed a stacking issue on the mage and fighter procs that may have been causing them to proc less than their listed values. I've also added a new proc to the drums that triggers off both spells and attacks.

This is pretty sweet. Combine with the troubador and dirge legendary BP's, should see some nice numbers from the new fixed proc.
