This should help some up and coming dirges gear out quickly. May also help kall with the main T8 loot thread. This was my list about a month ago for items I was trying to acquire. There may be errors and there are lots of items not listed. This mostly jewelry. At the time I was more focused on spell crit. It needs some revision to focus on DA more. First by slot, then by instance(so when you go into an instance you know what to look for).

Bloodthirsty Choker from SoF is still a vialble DPS item that is easily attained via instanced content.
The TSO signature quest rewards are also intance loot.

sig quest cloak are also non raid gear imo

also Veksar 1 will be closed no ? i think i've read something about that on eq2players

another thing, as long as non raid loot can be legendary or fabled, maybe it can be a good thing to have you lines in red or yellow (fabled or legendary)

don't forget RoK instances also, thing like carrotidcutter is good even now for non raid gear

Judging by the formating of the first post this is still a work in progress. I'd reccomend you arrange and rank items by slot. You oculd even have separate lists for dps, survivability, an utility. Do keep in mind: The red "fabled" tag doesn't mean it is automatically better than a legendary or mastercrafted item. If you look at the Raid edition thread, you will see it has some legendary and one mastercrafted items that are ranked higher than some fabled items. All i'm trying to say is this: If you can't organize this thread it has "FAIL" written all over it like the last one. People must be able to go directly to the thread and look at the items in that slot and see if the item they might roll on is there. Right now it looks like the fabled look table from all of the TSO instances plus a few other items.
