Did anyone complaining actually bother to read the proc?

On Palace trash, 1794 ExtDPS from one group (Inq, Coercer, Illus, Troub, Dirge, Ranger).
How much DPS did the bard with the weapon do?

And you're disappointed?
You can't calculate the proc like this because that is in ideal situations. There's plenty of situations where the proc is going to go to waste and not be used at 100% efficiency.

First, it may not overwrite itself. This means that if the bard has the proc up, until he uses all 3 casts of his spells, then the proc cannot reactivate which means the group will lose procs taking 1.8ppm down to probably 1.5ppm.

Ok, let's assume it can overwrite itself. Then you have the scenario where the proc does overwrite itself before all charges are used. You also need to consider that the healer won't use any of his procs (on hard fights). If an MT dirge is using this weapon, we can assume 3/6 people in the group are wasting the procs on hard fights.

I agree with Kall, this weapon is a complete troubador weapon. They might as well have just made it Troub only.

Thats actually a very good proc imho, mages with loads of base damage and crit bonus will get a lot out of it. 650dps for illus, jeez.

Not bad, but yes, mainly awesome for a troub.

I ll stick with my enchanted dagger of the warmaster for now, especially since I am G1 Dirge (not the best group to take advantage of that proc)

No, how much total dps did the Bard do? Like what was their zonewide dps compared to like last run when they didn't have it.

Bards are the ones that need the + Accuracy bonus, we don't have an 0 stance that gives us +Piercing/Slashing like the other scouts.

There's no way I can answer that. Not same group setup, raid buffs, raid dps, etc... So no reason to compare.
