and no as far as im aware, none of the 'crits' or 'DAs' are on diminishing returns...otherwise it wouldn't be a %age would it?

Crits are odd. You need 100"%" to crit against equal level, and it's a sharp curve from there with a weak curve the opposite way. It's around 125"%" to be critting 100% of the time. Though 110% is around 98%.
