I get you. I've parsed a few times on top end approximately 6k (my MC and DA is just 54%); however, when personal parsing in raid, the guild raid parse has a huge impact on personal parsing in raid as well. I think there are too many anomalies in raids (i.e., temp dps buffs, character classes, raid member character builds, etc) to test casting orders in a raid scenario.

EDIT : The pull environment and mob type determines the scenario for different casting orders so I am not speaking to these particular casting orders. I am speaking of testing the casting order for impact of autoattack damage.

From my training dummy analysis with my character build, it is not as tremendous as folk make it out to be; however, my MC and DA is just 54% self buffed.

But if you test it many times in a similar scenario (ie you are in a raid and do as I did, only casting did 1.6k and so on), and it will give you an approximate % increase you should be looking at. Granted, if you have templar DPS buff or whatever, making sure your autoattacks are going off as soon as they can is a big bonus as far as that is concerned in that situation, as your autoattack will be doing more DPS overall etc.

Casting order can be tested anywhere, probably best on a training dummy about 10 times of each and then a summoned mob 10 times of each and then raid 10 times of each, in a raid there is a significant difference.

I think I'm doing something wrong personally as my top end is barely 4-5k and my DA is about 50% and MC 30%...DPS is about 80 self buffed and haste about 40. All adept 3/M1, yet still i struggle to get 4k+ on palace trash. I suppose if I wasn't bard #5 it would help (I'm normally GIMP specced for raids).
