Re: The Dirge's Guide to...Success I suppose
Raidwide it adds up to a lot if you have space for it. At 356 its 8544 of raid wards every tick. Every bit helps, especially when learning new mobs with nox aoes.
It's really funny when you outheal a semi afk healer and point out you did more with a passive buff then they did active, lol.

Re: The Dirge's Guide to...Success I suppose
ty jing, i knew you of all would appreciate it ha and good thinking there Samedai, yes it is a good idea to have an overlap, as some dirges just cba anyways... I have points in degradations etc so have to refresh mine less which helps, so it also helps that other dirges have theirs up while mine are off instantaneously, if that makes any sense.
And thanks Orani, someone must have misinformed me in the past about this as I was told that you cannot DA on an offhand swing, they, and ultimately I, were both wrong.
Noxious tempo ward basically prevents that amount of damage and I think it's actually renewed every combat or something, not really looked into it all that much...but it basically stops any noxious damage until it has stopped that much or refreshed.
Borias, you say it's every tick, how long is a 'tick' ?
ty all will update the noxious tempo description soon and add something about offhand DA when I'm not so bleeding tired!

the type of dmg the wep does, wont influence your parse as much as the bare stats and spread on the wep, you shouldnt gage your choice of weapons on the type of dmg...

leave me alone razieh lol!
and about off hands, it helps a bit to have a slash off hand as then you can channel ur stats into slashing rather than splitting it wherever applicable. Doesn't matter too much, as it's mainly the weapon...NOT the hit rate a pierce weap with bigger spread is better than a slash weapon with lesser spread.
