by the way, I have respecced to get this AA, and it has only been any use for a slight boost of DPS, as when I use it it only drops me just below the person who's aggro is just underneath mine...good job the combat art hits before the detaunt
I have found that using the DE one drops me about 6 positions in a raid rather than just the 1, due to the dehate (and possibly because it teleports me away from mob to stop me attacking for an instant).
each to their own, it's not a bad CA attack but I won't be using it instantly to get rid of hate...not unless my DE one is down and the next best hate position is extremely low

just a lil niggle
cheers!

I'd say this depends on the situation, if you in MT grp, the free slot is always nice, if you are in dps I say go for the 5 set one as the dps'ers should not have the need for PoS anyways..

Shriek blade is your best choice (or daro's fucking dull blade VI now) unless maybe you have that and 2 of the others mastered, and not the 4th. Then go with that one until you can find it and then respec.

Re: The Dirge's Guide to...Success I suppose
I notice everyone seems to suggest 5 points into intoxicating note, the poison dmg proc in the TSO bard line. How much % is it usually of everyone's damage? It doesn't seem to be that much to me but I haven't had enough AA to experiment with it yet.

Meh, depends on the mob and how much ya triggers are buffed, for me most of the time it is 1% total parse damage (2% high end). I have 5 points in it.

Re: The Dirge's Guide to...Success I suppose
It does very little dps for me personally. There's just not much else in the TSO tree that's better once you have the main things.
it does get up to 100 from time to time, so it's better than the one a lot of bards waste their points in on the bard tree.
