CoB recast

I have just been thinking, and it dawned on me...is it not possible to have a 5 second recast on CoB? like 4 set VP/TSO and t7 3 set?

if so I might work towards that as a little thing for grouping tehe...just because it would be nice to be able to cast CoB every 5s if I wanted lol.

unless ofcourse they don't stack which i can see happening, they both have the same name...

but that was when it was 5 set and 3 set...but now it's a 4 and 3 set so im still thinking it's possible to have a 5s recast time on CoB.
