25% casting speed aye, so anything that needs casting...ie any ability as they all need casting. I have tested it quickly:



that is before and after grim strike with 12 tone on respectively

Kall is right, It's a flat out 25% casting speed buff.

Best I recall off hand, i don't have game loaded, I think the combat art portion in the 12 Tone Earstone increases the range of the combat arts.

Yeah, as Kieran pointed out, the tso AA Howling casting buff is negligible in raids especially since the Howling spell is the very last of my spells I cast if I cast it in raids. I agree with Rukkis.

i put 4 pts in the DS we have instead of howl for testing, on some avatars like health, flame, disease it's my 1st dps and by far, passive DPS ftw =p !
