And this was back in T7 when DPS mod on items was uncommon.

Re: bard tree setup
isn't dps maxed at about 200?
and the adorns are 12 dps aren't they, with one of them costing 50pp or something silly.
/agree with the rest though... although my dps is 91, 55 of which is coming from riana's...

Re: bard tree setup
your an idiot for wasting aa points in the INT line ..... just sayin
with your stupid spec, you missing out on the poison proc. the int line is not worth it whatsoever you can go 4-1 in int and benifit but you shouldnt ever have anything more than that in there

with your 91 equip your str master crafted ring and you hit the softer cap.
with a buff from any other class that buffs dps.....your gtg
edit: yes, T7 adornments are 10 as Kall said, and T8 are 12 as you said. And yes, one of them comes from a fabled adornment. Buy the adornment for 20 plat from a friend, ask another friend to make it for another plat or 2/3 and your done...or just become a transmuter and have it all for free basically).

What is your hit rate percentage with that build? Does not having to joust make up for the extra misses you'll get without rythmn blade?

Re: bard tree setup
There's no point in not going 4/1 STR, 4/1 INT, and 3 in Poison if you're killing Avatars.
With the Disease Charm you get an extra "rank" in poison and between your first auto-attack and a couple CAs, poison will probably land. The DPS you lose from poison overwriting itself is made up from having an extra CA. Also, poison kind of sucks now compared to the T7 days because procs and auto attack damage are so inflated.

Re: bard tree setup
aye i found that poison isn't even doing 1% of my dps yet increasing my int line was increasing my dps by far more, but i suppose it varies dependant on what your gear is...but like i said, I'm barely ever hitting cap when I group, and neither are many of my group friends, so they all appreciate that little extra in the int line, as do I.
Saying it's pointless doing so is like trying to tell everyone you are just a god...

Re: bard tree setup
agi v' int line was discussed in a previous thread before tso launched, but i couldn't find it to link. the short of it is that if you were clearing VP, your raid force was geared sufficiently that int line was hitting diminishing returns. if you're raid isn't geared well, then int is going to be the bigger improvement.
