Umm, yeah bro, Yerazankha pointed that out and I corrected myself in my post after right away. Dude, ya should actually read the entire thread. Maybe I used too many words for ya. Slow down man or ask a buddy to read for ya; this is probably a better deal for ya cause your buddy could use different voices for each post to make it really fun for ya.

right here goes:

your dps is going to go up relative to your %age increase and your current DPS:
(DPS)*(New % Hit - Old % Hit)

as for working out the % Hit, it is a pain in the arse for anyone who ain't a dev to work out...and if you are a dev all you need to do is find the right code and it will have the formulae right in front of your eyes.

so, DPS is split into:
Autoattack
Procs
Spells/CA's

we aren't interested in spells/CA's so we can screw that completely.The old forumla is a little off so lets replace that...

(Autoattack DPS) * (New % Hit - Old % Hit)

and then procs will needed, this is where it gets tricky, but procs will still go up proportionally to % Hit change...

Autoattack DPS = Autoattack + Procs

Procs have their chance of hitting and then this will be increased for your %age change to hit, but we need an average for your proc hits to do this.

Average Proc DPS * ( New - Old hit %)

overall, we have the dps increase %age as follows:

100 * (Spell/CA DPS + ((Autoattack DPS + Average Proc DPS) * (New Hit % - Old Hit %)))/(Spell/Ca DPS + Autoattack DPS + Average Proc DPS)

I think that's right at least, but it is most likely wrong as I'm sleepy and can probably be elaborated upon by expanding average proc DPS, autoattack DPS, etc.
