Whats happening to venekor guilds are they all breaking up?

Are u guys still doing 1v1 tournaments on the weekends?

Eli's a wiz and used to be my main, but I've been playing a dirge as a main for a couple years now.

I don't consider myself a pvp expert, BUT - I do win about half my duels, and I do have a very specific casting order that I use in a duel. Doesn't matter to me who the opponent is, I don't have the time or the inclination to come up with more than one duelling strat.

I cast CoB as soon as I accept the duel. Then I move into aa range. Then I start with Cheap Shot and a quick move behind for Shriek Blade, followed by Rhyming Curse for another quick interrupt and defense decrease. Then 2 debuffs while auto-attacking, Devigorating Discante & Clara's Cacophony. If they don't stick, I don't bother trying to cast them again. After that it's auto-attack and regular casting order FTW, or sometimes the L of course.

Like I said, I'm no expert, but I think you were asking for a casting order. That's what I do and it works. I've come close to beating some very good T3'd pallies and zerkers before, and I can beat a scrub tank most of the time. Caster DPS is usually easy tbh, but of course I have the usual problem with illy's and coercers. My gear is good but definitely not 'leet.

I'm freep, but don't set up duels.

The tournaments vanished some time ago because of interference from people that leeched and SOE's ridiculous (play nice) involvement where they were banning people for leeching around BBM docks while people dueled.

As for the guilds, there are still a few out there that raid often. Lots of alliances both on Q and freep side have formed for myth updates. I'm lucky enough to be in EoD, which doesn't need outside help to raid TSO content.

I suspect alot of guilds that are hanging on by a thread will dissolve once the merge happens, both Venekor and Nagafen. Will be cool to see some old faces and make new friends...and new enemies.

Is it true there are more Qs than freeps on Naggy? If so, this merge will be sweet. Venekor has far more freeps than Qs.
