It is known that emergency “Stun-and-Heal” is a real detriment to healers and is required for too many encounters. Will be reconsidered.
Wizard “Rays of Disintegration”is very disruptive for Enchanters who must maintain a certain castingorder and rhythm to do their jobs. Will be reconsidered as a moreMage-centric spell.
Rangers — would like to re evaluate Stream of Arrows. Originally intended as a fill in between auto attacks, but auto attacks are so large now that using it reduces DPS output.
Although it is higher than intended, there are no immediate plans to adjust Auto Attack damage.
Bruisers/Coercers – Drag, thought snap are so overpowered we have to disable them or mobs are trivialized
Conjuror Mythical Pet –This pet is class-defining for Conjurors. However with the currentmechanic, that pet would stop leveling at low-to-mid 80’s. Will look atthis going forward.
Certain raid encounters will benefit from crowd control, giving enchanters another job besides power regen and buffs.
The Quest Window is getting a facelift. Namely side-by-side quest list and quest details.
Revamped Player Inspect window will show regular and appearance slots and many more stats.
Smart Loot is being implemented over time. Lock boxes in Mistmyr already have mini-smart loot for each person that loots."
Notes from Fan Faire ---- make sure you're the one disarming/looting; it might just up the odds. (although, I know, the pattern thing isn't just for bards - the GU notes did say the zone would be less stingy with the Drums) /shrug

look at the drop rates of all of the items in the pack, total them... and then add a bit on... if they are less reluctant then surely that's what it means.
As for the drop rate... IT'S NOT ALWAYS GOING TO BE RELIABLE... you can run a zone 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 0000000000000000 times without seeing something drop where someone else sees it drop every run.
Unrealistically, yes. Actual, no. How many people do you actually know who ran MM in the first day of release over a guild raid, or one of the new zones? Answer - probably none.
Actually, it's probably 2 days because one day was dedicated to the x2 for most people and the other to the new group zones... just maybe, you know... I ran my first TSO group last night since the release, which was DF took 13 mins... so why haven't I done that every day? because i haven't... deal with it.
I bet it wasn't even a WW disco either, probably disco'd on the day because not EVERYONE will have been bothered about the new content, and some people like the zone /shrugs...
1/3 times sounds reasonable to me now though since you will probably have most people in the group wanting something from it - think about it, would you want to run 3 long-ish zones and get jack all from it? or would you expect at least 1 fabled drop from the 3 zones?...

RNG is always RNG. During RoK I ran CoA over 80 times without ever seeing Carrotidcutter drop before I gave up and never went back there. Other people saw it drop all the time. If the battle drums drop more often now that's great, doesn't help the fact that it's almost impossible to get a group there on Runnyeye these days though (then again, it's almost impossible to get a group for any non-DD instance most days - bloody dead server).

not really, I had to decline going to MM on my dirge for WoE raid... which sux, but you would think that a dirge is the first person to pop on the MM wagon.

Well I guess it depends on the hour, raidtime is the only time I see a lot of people asking for more for instances etc. Daytime and after midnight the server is almost entirely dead.
