Got the drums, or lock box rather, on our 5th time through after the patch. And there isn't any merit to you have to do a gift run thing either because we killed the reds.

He means you don't need to do the "event" where you unlock all 3 chests in the room with the Primogens (and instead missing out on loot from the red ghosts) to get the box from Primogens to drop.

I think someone here said it and also a pug conj in our group said that the jewelry case wouldn't drop if we killed any of the 3 red ghosts and that you had to unlock the 3 chests. (Some people call this a "gift run".)

Got the drums, last week, on my first run after the GU. Shouldn't matter if you skip the reds or kill them, as the chest drops from the final name(s). Good luck to everyone still in search!
