meh the drop rate on the palace charm has gone down a lot, i saw it once each run in first 2 or 3 runs (only killing first named) and now i see it once every 3 or 4 runs, clearing all but anashti (and any trash that might be down that way, haven't even looked yet).

As for the MM one, I gave up all hope ages ago. I'm gna roll a monk to 80 to do the script and then pull a guild group together for it once I have done script I think, as I really don't like the zone.

Don't give up hope on the drums too soon...honestly the drop rate of the rares have increased dramatically in the LP zones. Just be vigilant and you'll be rewarded in due time.

Also doing the script is worthless unless you're after a Lycanthrope Bracelet or a Casket Candle..just sayin.

but surely with a brawler, doing the script is quicker than running the zone? that's all I was thinking

I might give it a try when I actually get the chance to... bloomin raids every night more or less atm, i may as well sign up for some sorta HC raiding guild :/

Killing the stuff is probably still going to be faster since FD has a chance of failing always and it usually means certain death when that happens. I usually had a set group run the zones that we needed loot from and we could clear Mistmyr Manor in 15 mins since we would totally skip the non-scripted names.

Heh at least you're in a guild that raids, I'm still doing the LFG thing...

This is just the RNG at work. Up until about 3 weeks ago we had seen 2 of these total. In the last 3 weeks 5 have dropped for us.

And I finally put my hand on a Palace trash Charm. Sweet! We see so many poor loots in those chest usually...
More runs to do in MM yet... RNG can def piss you off sometimes ^^

Personally, I leveled a bruiser and on my 1st run with him I finally got my drums. Mind you I ran it like 75 times thru prior clearing the zone. Never the less, I still run thru with the bruiser and sell drums if they drop. only takes about 10-15 min to get thru to the end on the bruiser then 5 min CoH/Kill. With a decent group you can fight the zone in 20-30 min but Its less hassle for people if i use the bruiser.

most people don't wanna do MM due to the boringness of the script or how big the zone is... doing the script as a brawler and then zoning a group in is A- bound to get people coming and B- quicker... win-win.

Unfortunately, the closest I have to a brawler is a few tinkered items/my dad's SK :/

Two dirge alts in my guild have looted the bloody drums in the last week, so maybe the drop rate has improved? Of course, it's sods law that all our raiding dirges (and troubs for that matter) are still without!

That's sick tbh, if they dropped with an alt group in our guild it would probably go to one of the bards that doesn't have...
