How many have sent feedback protesting these proc changes? I mean this GU looks as bad as the fighter revamp and is mostly from people who really don't play the game in the highend content

Yep. To the top regardless of where you are. However, if it is going to be a 1% chance. Could that be better than it is now? It seems to occur ALOT now and even my luck is not that bad.

roman numeral indicates the tier of the spell (the level you get it at).

They are changing the "quality" of the spell to the following:-

"Apprentice I – III are now renamed just Apprentice, Apprentice IV is now Journeyman, Adept I is now Adept, Adept III is now Expert, Master I is simply Master and Master II is now Grandmaster."

aye that's what i meant, I assumed that the quality would stay the same... i guess not - maybe a time for crafters to get some discos imo...

i quite like it the way it is, I would say something about CoB with T7 and 8 set bonuses but I won't due to the fact that it's capped apparently :/

I bet it no longer applies to Turnstrike, Rhythm Blade, Grim Strike, Dep Shot, and Shriek Blade either.

So a quick recap...
All our "Until Canceled" duration buffs gain 10% duration.
Speech of Sacrifice (or whatever) gets 0.8 secs added without any increase in amount of tics.
Grativas gains 3 sec duration ... woo, an actual benefit... onless ofcourse immunity is extended as well (would not surprise me)
Our 4 encounter debuffs get 10% duration.... who the hell cares... seriously?
Keen Tactics (or whatever) gains 2.4 sec duration... can already recast this before it expires!
Is that really it for what 10% extended song duration can offer after Aeralik has fiddled with it? ... come on, should we have some faith and believe he is smarter than that?

ghey ass... but i suppose it's not bad for what it is, there are some classes that struggle to find an item for that slot...
