I would imagine DA, MC and STR now effect it though, and that it will still act like a spell (ie can only be 'resisted'), and also assume that it's the DA/MC/STR of receiving end that will effect it, not our DA/MC/STR effecting others?

Interesting, though, how a harder zone has easier access.....

Wow...I already posted how CoB is getting changed. Stop with all the DA, accuracy, and all that other nonsense. This is SOE we're talking about, they're going to modify like 1 value, not recode the entire spell.

Also the drum nerf will go through. The only hope we have is for him to remove the retarded runspeed buff he's going to put on it so people can still swap it in and out of combat without cancelling Selo's. If the drum nerf doesn't go through, I'd be absolutely shocked because it'd require them to change how "This cannot be modified by direct means" works when it's applied to the base damage/duration.

tosser assassin... just because his parse is worse than his dirges! You know, I logged in on my assassin and found a new spell that basically gives me 7 seconds of chaining invis spells... so I can Assasinate, deathly blade, gore strike etc all in 1 foul swoop... assassin lv 63 btw.

Why don't we have some like major dps increase things like that? they also have 2 temporary buffs like the DE racial one that increases haste and the other DPS mod... i don't recall those from before.

It seems that assassins are getting the BoD and everyone else is going to hell...

this crap about adding a selo's buff to the drum adds insult to injury. not only is the proc getting nerfed, but they're adding an effect that will now drop your selo's buff everytime you swap it out for your bow. after all the work it took to get the piece of shit, this is a ridiculous nerf.

So how much DPS are we losing with that LU exactly ? I am expecting to lose at least 2K dps myself, as I around 10k+ right now and with a lot of powerful procs.

Really nice...also the fact that Spell crit gear is turning to be completely useless to us now, so the way we choose our gear is basically dumbed down to only MC/DA...

I have played MMO for more than 12 years and in all that time, it is the first time an update makes me feel like quitting. Well, it might also be due to the fact that new * 4 was complete crap, than the next LU only got a uninteresting * 2, and that overall SoE are getting more and more clueless everyday.

I just feel tired from them to be honest.
