well for half the servers, dirge spell names are crap now...

CoB = Cacophony of Blades II (and now MC effects rather than SC)

that's about it really, apart from the drum gaining 15% run speed and proc nerf...

anyone confirm whether or not the drum has been nerfed?

It's nerfed, not sure why people might think it wouldn't be. SOE never lists half the shit they nerf in the patch notes. The good thing for people still using the drum is that Selo's doesn't drop when you swap between a bow and the drum.

Also, Graol's Whistle got nerfed by 50hp and guess what!? It's not listed on the patch notes either!!!!

It seems that the drum only effects things you would want to to effect and doesn't effect things you never wanted it to effect anyways. It doesn't effect any damage spell I looked at (except CoB which you WANT to last longer). Also swapping it out does not drop your runspeed buff. It looks actually better than it was (proc changes aside) than before the LU.

The nerf to it mainly comes from the proc changes...which ARE listed in the update notes.

There's a line in there on modifying HP/Power etc on mounts

At least I've got another week of un-nerfed procs due to SOE's incompetence.

It's considerably worse than before the LU. The reason is that previously, the 10% duration increase also affected our procs, such as mythical weapon max damage, kunark scale trooper boots double attack, etc et. These procs lasting longer increased our DPS, and now that the drum doesn't affect them, our DPS will drop.

Compare the stats with a bow or satchel and with the right one there isn't much difference, plus a bow/satchel can be adorned with the +dps adornment, while the drum can't.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the drum is useless, but it's gone from a must-have to a mediocre item.
