Master priority?

Well since it looks like we're getting RA's on the next LU I was wondering if we could agree on a list of the order we should have masters made? I'm thinking Percussion of Stone should be on top since it's T6 and therefore won't take as long to have made. What about after that? I would think buffs should take priority since that's the primary reason we're used, followed by debuffs and then our various CAs/spell attacks.

From what I recall, and I could be recalling wrong, the percentile increase of effectiveness is far more dramatic in our debuffs than our buffs. Thus, I would target debuffs before buffs.

i havent paid whole lot of attention to this, but we have masters made with gu52? does that mean all the masters I bought for quite a bit of plat are worthless, or comparitively cost nothing?...

no, as they take long to make.

I would go for the lowest level masters first as they are the rarest ones... generally don't use it to get anything under 100pp on broker I would say, I think Riana's is quite high on my list (but have it), CoB (got), Gravitas (got), SoB, All Debuffs, Banshee... is generally what I would go. PoS master isn't that great really and you can probably buy it off broker for ~20-30pp once this comes out.

Just 1 thing - how u get these masters? I have no idea who i speak to

Doesnt matter, our buffs are still more powerful overall than our debuffs. I would say 1. PoS, 2. CoB, 3. Regularly used conc buffs that arent level 80, 4. Spells and CAs in oreder of DPS, 5. Gravitas and other level 80 stuff, 6. Debuffs

When GU52 is live, there will be a new NPC standing to the scribes NPC in most parts of Qeynos and FP, and one in Goro/Kele/Neriak. They will be called Research Assistant.

With no cost, you can ask them to upgrade one of your spells at a time on a single character per server, from App4 to Ad1 or Ad3 to M1.
It will just take time, depending essentially on the lvl of the spell. Upgrading from ad3 to M1 instead of app4 to ad1 only adds one or 2 days whatever the lvl.
I heard lvl 80 ad3 to M1 was 30-31 days. T2 is like 5-7 days if I remember correctly.

Also, you could change your choice of spell being "researched" at any time you want without restarting the process.

I guess I'll gor for SoB first, then... I have CoB, Banshee, Gravitas and Riana (and some others) already so dunno...

Unless they changed it recently it will cost plats.

Never costed plat (or anything else) on test server.

And I never saw any statement saying it would on live server.

But maybe u have infos/links to share...

Not that it would apply to our spells, but can you upgrade old ones that don't have master 1 levels? (Thinking the warrior exploding heart deathsave)
