Where is the soft cap for + slashing and where is the hard cap? I'm just wondering because im at 499 and im wondering if its worth while to get anymore.

Bubba, check out LU14 and Hard Caps, Soft Caps, And you. Enjoy. I haven't come across anything more precise.
