By request, I have made an AA calculator, most beneficial to us dirges due to the dirge line so just have a dabble if you want!!!

You do need to install etc, but once installed it runs fine

A for effort, I will give you that.
Sadly it doesnt work as an offline tool or a tool for new players, as its still required to either remember what the AAs do by heart... or be logged into the game for reference.
If you can get in game data (descriotions) for each AA... I am sure you can get it somewhere... and add all classes, then it becomes somewhat useful.

It should be usable offline... just visit the page, install it, and then click the 'launch' button on the webpage to get the application shortcut, and that should work... It does for me (although admittedly, I haven't tried it offline)...

Everything is bloomin hard-coded... could have done it a different way but I'm not so far into programming to be able to do that... I probably could have set a whole validation class saying that these can't exceed 5 points... those 8... etc... but instead I hardcoded it to the button clicks because I'm sad like that :P

was requested by someone in a different forum, but thought maybe dirges here could make use of it... if you're really that bothered about it firecracker I'll just take it down...

I know I'll be using it to test out different AA specs to see what I can actually do rather than respeccing in-game and costing money... I know that doesn't actually TEST as spec on your character but it does show ya what you can have.

why not do "/testcopy" and respec on the test server? then you can go do shit with your new AAs and see how they work

Not talking about the programming itself. I am talking about lack of descriptions for each AA.
How big is the chance for Poison to proc with 3 points in it.
How much extra runspeed is applied with 6 points in the KOS selo's AA.
What does that final AA in the middle of the EOF tree do.

That is the type of questions many will have... and that is what could make it a useful offline tool. As it is now, you have to be logged into the game or somehow have another source of information to get those questions answered.

Still A for effort, but I can only give you a D for usefulness.
