Ok the simple question is do you CoB every chance you get regardless of the mob's defensive procs? There has been some internal debate over if it is worth it or not to CoB on a mob that say procs -200% melee crit and spell crit on the melee.

Is the gain from CoB worth having all the melee lose their crit? Are there mobs you do and don't CoB on?

yes having COB up at all times is worth it.

Those dets can be cured easily, so its never gunna be worth losing the big cob dmg, haste, and proc mod from COB.

if you see the det pop on you dont blow your wad and pot/get a cure and get back to work. but usually i've always had a cure fast and its not to noticable.

basically in the long run your gunna lose personal/raid dps not running cob full time.

most of all, COB increases the raids proc chance, hence you cast it whenever its up.
