Did some testing and the benefits do not stack. I will assume the fabled upgrades are the same.

no T2/T3 set bonuses stack with the same name. No anything stacks with the same name, just like haste.

Sorta like saying does VP 2 set stack with TSO 2 set........... ;)

They don't have the same proc name. T2 3set bonus called Lyricist's Harmony. T1 3set bonus called Lyricist's Lilt. I suppose they would stack since each their own uniquely named proc.
