I have noticed some bards getting more recovery but with the way lag has been on raids lately I am not sure I would personally invest in it.

Recovery isn't really worth it for a bard..... well not as much as casting speed/spell reuse/aoe auto, especially since your spec should give you a small amount of recovery from your spec already (or should be). Also I wouldnt be too concerned about reforging attack speed down to 200, because the gains you get from flurry are sooo minimal.

Yea that's how I feel about it. Any time I check my special attack reports damage from AoE is considerably higher than flurry and I usually sit around 75% flurry with procs so I reforged the crap out of attack speed into AoE auto. Seems a waste of adorn slots to get re use and recovery when you could get CB. Any time I check my parse the only ability that does a fair amount of DPS is my Darksong Spin. The rest of my combat arts and spells are usually a ways down below group and self damage procs.

It's a trade off imo. Either you work on getting reuse, recovery, cast speed etc up in the hopes that your combat and spells will do the damage for you

    or

Crit bonus, aoe auto attack, dps mod and time your autos hard.

Auto attack is easily over 200k + dps and that's on the low side of it.

Well tbh, giving up 12 CB for 12 Reuse for 2 peices of gear (I think thats the tradeoff for old adorns, so new adorns would be same ratio - regardless, close enough) is really up to user. That just means less reforging into spell reuse, and more into AoE auto. But reguardless of which way you go (abil reuse or CB) everything else should be the same. Unless you decide to sacrafice AoE auto for recovery/abil mod which is dumb, imo.

With gear (Even top end instance/steward gear, it is easy enough to reach:

    100 casting speed
    100 reuse (abil + spell)
    600 MA
    500+ DPS mod
    200+ Attack speed
100% Aoe Auto - The the only factor that is really dependent on gear/adorns is aoe auto (which can be tossed on legs to give up a tad bit of CB, IF needed/wanted)
