How in the hell is a 1 hander with a dmg rating of 79, a proc off of a beneficial spell, with stupid stats better than ANYTHING I listed? Does it hit for a really high number or something? I honestly don't know, I've never seen it used, by anyone. If it does hit really hard, then I apologize, and consider it added to the list!!

i will most likely try the STA line .. with the mining pick and star darkened bracers thats 10 percent more dbl attack ... assuming they dont screw over the pick to much of course ... assuming that all ur melee scouts already have it or will soon have the robe of battle is losing dktm really that big of a deal for the dirge in the scout group ...

I'm pushing to be allowed to go Sta/Wis, atleast until RoK, then when RoK comes out and we get an extra 25 aa's to put in, I'll go back down str.

From test update notes:

Bard
Stamina 3 - Skald's Defense: Also increases doubleattack by 16% at rank 1, and +4% for every rank thereafter.
Stamina 4 - Fortissimo: Grants your group melee and ranged doubleattack at 1.25% per rank, without any shield requirement.


To summarize: Our double attack stays the same for the most part (or goes up by 2 if you're gonna dual wield), non shield users get an extra 2% and shield users lose 6%.

I can confirm that our self dbl attk is stacking with the group dbl attk now. Which is wasn't before.

As taken from Androw of Najena's replies on the Offical Eq2 forums under the dirge section. Outside of personal buffs I dont know if this player had any gear on that would effect these numbers.

Casting .24 secs (under allegro)
Recast 45 secs
Duration 20 secs
Range up to 20m
