Can you post screenshots, or email them to me at elleffgee@comcast.net? I'll gladly put them up and then we'll be finished.

Thanks.

Ya, some classes seem to have gotten screwed, like provs especially. On the other hand, it's hard to understand what adornments had to do with provisioning in the first place.

I'm mixed about the Weaponsmith adornments. In most cases, the weapon adornments that Transmuters get in thier advanced books are better than the Weaponsmith adornments.

The difference is that the advanced transmuter recipes are all weapon procs, and some are nice. Those procs all are set to proc a set number of times per minute, so weapon delay is not a factor.

The weaponsmith adornments are all set as +12 to a certain damage type. That +12 factors on each hit, so on a fast weapon with a 1.0 delay, the adornment will do much higher dps than on a 3.8 delay two hander, for example.

I put a +12 disease adornment on my Right Hand of the High Priestess spear with a 1.0 delay, and I don't have an exact parse, but it looks to me like that has increase my total DPS with this weapon by over 25%.

On the other hand, the benefit of this adornment would be nominal and wasted on a slow weap, like a 2 hander great flail. It wouldn't even be worth putting on one of those.

So as far as I can tell, the weaponsmith adornments should really only be used on fast weapons. like DWs and 1 handers.

I'm sorry if this is a poor place to ask this, but I'm confused about the verbage with some of these adornments. What exactly does it mean when the description says "When the target takes all damage...." ? Should that read "any" damage?

Again - I apologize if this causes a derailment, this is a very helpful post. Just delete this if it's a problem.

LFG--quick question for you--

The Scintillating Spry Clasp by the Jewler, it says increase Attack Speed by 2.0...is that a caster item or mele?

Just curious...

Thanks!

You can put adorn any neck item with that one, it will increase your attack speed by 2 - it stacks with worn haste. So if your Haste Mod number now shows 23%, it should increase to 25% with that item.
