Finally got around to posting the T7 Transmuter-made adornments above. Now the screenshot list is complete.

LOL, go go Sage !!!! For fucks' sake that is sad....granted Sage is probably one of the easiest to level, but come on does anyone other then twinks or new people need Adepts anymore?

We have no other fucking recipes, just adepts (granted for 50% of the classes, but again for someone who has been 70 since say March, do you still need adepts?)...and then we get shit for adornments, with a grand total of 2.

There can be no question that Sages, Weaponsmiths, and Provisioners, were overlooked this expansion.

Weaponsmith is the unquestionable worst tradeskill in EQ2 atm. You can't make a single thing in T7 that anyone would want to buy, just buy a bettter weapon for 10 g on the broker. The weaponsmith adornments are crap compared to the transmuter advanced weapon adornment recipes.

Seems like the usual happened, this started out great, someone ran out of time, and just stopped working on the unfinished classes. Now they are undoubtedly too busy to finish, and this will remain yet another permanently unfinished project that leaves these classes totally screwed.

I agree with that 100%....there isn't a more gimp (or gimper...hmmm) TS right now then Weaponsmith.

Back in the T5 days, Ebon weapons were pimp because unless you raided you weren't getting anything better.

Back in the early T6 days, Cobalt weapons were good until you started to progress in raiding....you could find better weapons, but they were tougher to come by.

Later in T6 and in T7 (I believe this is when they changed Mastercrafted shit), it all went to shit...and I dont' think I have ever seen anyone with a Xeno weapon....

The +12 damage WS adornments add that +12 to all CAs just like the Cudgel O Pain. The +25 spell damage gloves don't suck either IMO.

The damage on those is "normalized"- it isn't a straight +12 regardless of weapon. I added a +12 disease weaponsmith adornment to my 1.0 del Right Hand of the High Priestess on my defiler, thinking that was going to be about a 20 percent damage increase from what I normally hit - it wasn't, it was a 1 to 3 pt increase on average.

The responsible dev posted (and I don't remember where or have the link, you're on your own for that) that actual damage on the non-proc +dmg adornments were ALL normalized - both those specified with an "up to" damage amount and those showing a fixed amount.

Otherwise, the +12 adornments would be uber on a fast weapon, and just suck on a slow one. Because of the dmg averaging that was done based on weapon speed, now they just plain suck no matter what they are installed on.

Yeah the normalization is true, so its not "just like the Cudgel O Pain", however it is normalized to your weapon speed and not your CA casting time. This may be modified at some point but for a class that has a lot of fast casting or multiple attack CAs they don't suck IMO. For example it proc's on the interrupt on a swash offensive stance and multiple attack CA's like Whirl of Blades and Uncanny Response. Each hit is 10 damage with a 2.5s delay weapon (if the mob isn't debuffed for that particular type of damage).

[Thu Dec 14 1953 2006] YOUR Uncanny Response critically hits a Doomwing firedrake for 1258 slashing and 10 divine damage.
[Thu Dec 14 1953 2006] YOUR Uncanny Response critically hits a Doomwing firedrake for 1287 slashing and 10 divine damage.

For just the weapon damage it isn't so impressive. When you consider how it affects all CAs it doesn't suck. Hmm maybe I should go dust off my bruiser and play around with this, like back when Illusionist+Bruiser was proc heaven.

The description of these items is too vague to tell if this was intended or not.

Still not impressive for priests etc, but great for scouts and probably brawlers. But if you are tanking you'll likely have the 2% riposte adorn or something else.

Del Sucks, what he MEANT to say was "Was there any chance you found that?"

Although, quite possibly he meant "Did you have any chance to find that?"

Hmmmn, translating Del to English isn't always as easy as i'd like
