Hey guys, I am a frustraited Monk in the oddest time zone out there. Cant find a raiding guild either US or Euro. A few friends of mine are kinda in the same situation. We have discussed an idea of setting up a raid alliance where people who wish to raid can sign up on a website and attend. The thing that is different is they dont have to be guilded, but do have to follow DKP loot policies and uphold some sort of an attendence.

Anyone who is down with this idea please resond to this thread or hail me in game.

The time also would be an odd one, but would probly be for those 3rd shifter players around 9 pm pst or later.

But those who have to stay up late that wishes to raid but cannot to do the playtime. Please contact me because the idea is up in the air and I am sick to death of not being able to raid just because of the time zone.

I remember in EQ1 some people made an arrangement with a chat channel that people were free to join and a couple of strong raiders with solid knowledge of the zones they were doing were raid leaders and worked out a fair system that allowed most people to join in, these people were members of some of the top guilds on the Veeshan server like Fires of Heaven and Circle of Eternity, which is equivalent to what Paragon and Kindred is on Everfrost.


I don’t know if this would also work in EQII because people in EQ1 were motivated by the fact they had to get a ton of progression flags and stuff, and it didn’t seem like the joy of raiding and loot was enough to get people to go, they wanted more... the problem with this game is I don’t think it has much more to offer then that...
But the idea is great and I’d be willing to join in on some raids my self if I was welcome, as long as they don’t interfere with my own guilds lockouts
