It looks like that guy Taubin's account got hacked. I guess whoever did it deguilded him and all of his alts. He said that he tried to work it out with Sony, but they don't seem interested:

After we reviewed that account and saw that there were multiple recoveries going on with this account we have since classified it as a compromised account and it has been banned.
