Just went and read a bunch of leftist articles... I can say atleast from my month or so experience this tour and my buddies down in the ramadi fallujah area currently, that It's not as bad as they claim....ofcourse there is a curfew like everywhere else in the country, unless it's the green zone you really aren't allowed out after dark.

I read a new york times article that claimed there was napalm used during phantom fury....bull-fucking-shit. The only thing we dropped there were a few JDAMs and alot of artillery. Eh whatever I consider myself more of a moderate with some leftist tendancy but these mother fuckers on the far left really piss me off, as do the christian right.

I read that what started us off on the wrong foot with Fallujah in the first place was that during the initial invasion, they agreed to surrender the city under the condition that the Americans would not occupy the city for more than two days. And that we not only ignored that agreement, but we commandeered a school in the middle of the city as a command post, that the residents wanted to reopen. And that there were skirmishes due to it.

The gist of what I read was that we (America) didn’t get the whole story. Basically they called it mass retribution for an attack on some civilian contractors. That the reporters embedded with our troops didn’t report about atrocities in the city, such as hundreds and hundreds of women and children killed. That basically the rest of the world really knows what happened, but the American public does not.

What I don’t understand is, if the embedded journalists were mainstream media, and mainstream media are just liberal schills, then wouldn’t they have reported such things? Anything to give the administration a black eye?

It doesn’t make sense to me.

Willie pete, possible, I honestly can not say that I know in which circumstances we are allowed to use white phosphorus, but I know we do still have it in our mortar arsenal as well as artillery. And it may have been used however I never saw the telltale eerie white glow when the rounds hit so i can't say.

As far as the women and children..... I call bullshit on that, in the entire operation i only came across a few women and children, one child was dead, with 2 AK rounds in his chest and the rest were detained and released when we hauled our real prisoners to Ramadi. It is possible that There were women and children killed when we "softened the target" but like I said we dropped flyers and TOLD them to get out, that we were going to bomb there house especially if it was near a tactical target such as the miles of trenchline and tunnel systems that wove through the city.

We all know bad shit happens in war, alot of it is unintentional, never once have i been witness to anything truley grotesque so I can not validate any claims to that effect. There has been bad shit happen, yes I can't dispute that we have evidence of bad shit, but I can say i was never a party to any nor was anyone i know.

I don't know a damn thing about the powerpuff rangers but of all the faggy colors... black would be the least stupid... IMVHO...
