I had a couple friends do this, but instead they went and collected every road cone they could find and then nailed them all to another friends roof. Over 375 cones... that was a serious prank. Also, coincidentally, in Oregon. Portland, not springfield though.

The emotional impact thing was the funniest. I just assume that anything that isn't locked down in my house or in my car will be picked up by neighborhood kids, so no lawn gnomes here!

And yeah, Oregon is rather tame so news like that is not uncommon.

She obviously pissed someone off enough to want to prank her. Very funny though :D

In high school my friends and I thought it would be funny to egg, roll, chocolate syrup, and trash can some guy's car. We got caught and got in big time trouble; that pretty much ended my spree of pranks

I'm glad I only got caught for that though ;)
