So you are saying this isn't a good idea for a technology challenged person?

I'm more worried about the sneaky destabilizing tricks the programmers might be pulling than what lag you'll mitigate by doing this. But I can at least understand the interest if you got the money and you're used to pulling contesteds with every player watching over your shoulder. I just know I can't fucking stand dealing with system issues on my PC. Who has time for that?

Haha, yeah its great.. it'll run WoW at 10 more fps..

But like, make sure you have another computer to do anything else, because the windows tcp stack is there for a reason. Theres no way it increases latency 10%, even if you have a 386.

Now those new separate 3D rendering cards do interest me. (AGEIA® PhysX® physics accelerator)

Yah, the Physics Cards sound great, once games start using them of course.

nVidia and ATi are going to have Physics PPUs integrated into their next GPU and the performance is better than AEGIA from early reviews.

The best review of the Killer NIC is at the [H]. Its more for online FPS games LFG, not really MMOs. Its awesome though, /shrug.
