This is what RMT has always been about. They made it against the EULA in eq1 becasue of possible tax issues, not because they viewed it as cheating.

And not trying to be argumentative here, but regardless of whether or not the spammers are chinese, japanese, korean, AMERICAN, or whatever...does not make them worse or better than any of the others.
And also...even if I did not have a tell from someone saying, "Hi, I am from IGE. Buy my teh spam gold" I don't believe for a second that IGE has nothing to do with them.
What? Does IGE have a corner on morals among spammers? Nah, IGE and the rest of the gold/plat sellers are equally worthy of contempt and derision.
While I understand that this (the suit by FLA) is about taxes...there is something MORE about this when Blizzard joins a class action suit started by, apparently, an individual citizen. In any case, the suit by Florida is about taxes, motivations behind the other suit is speculation really.
