If you did something provable to sabotage the account (like shouting GM_Cuddlybear is a pus filled genital wart just before the sale, or using another account and /reporting the account as one having been transferred illegaly to another player) Maybe you could be in trouble, and that's only if you had a judge that REALLY gave 2 shits, and had the ability to puzzle out what all this virtual transfer of goods thing is about. So, one judge in the entire US is probably a close guess, and that might be more than there actually are...

Honestly, though, so long as you delivered a working account, there isn't anything the guy can do. The first time he logged on and clicked accept, he began violating the TOS... a bannable offense.

Agreed. It's the same situation as people who sold their account on ebay a year or 2 ago and then hijacked it back by answering the security question, and sold it again.
