Keane ftw
Srsly, <3 Keane.
And if you try Keane and like it, try Porcupine Tree, Aqualung, No Second Troy, Muse

Re: Great Music Help
Quicksand, Live, Stereophonics, Soundgarden, Rival Schools, Offspring, Smashing Pumpkins, Bush, Bad Religion, Foo Fighters, 311, The Doors, Queen, Guns 'n Roses, Green Day, Rolling Stones... if you're in the mood for something a little more prog try The Rising Tide by Sunny Day Real Estate... something a little off and funky try Halo Benders.
Dunno how much of that your taste but hopefully it jogs something :P

Re: Great Music Help
If you like grunge/early 90's rock, you could try Alice In Chains. It's my favourite band, allthough it might be too dark/moody for some.

Re: Great Music Help
i've started using a program that rips songs from pandora recently which is pretty cool. not good if you have a specific song in mind but still pretty cool.
also i am curious if anyone knows of any programs that help to tag your MP3s. mine all have title, album, and artist but quite a few are missing things like genre, year, or artwork. can't seem to find any decent, free programs that can add that info and it is too much work to go through and do it manually.
