Ok well a little story from a long time ago. It wasn't actually a mistell, more of typing something in short hand and not thinking how it would read. I was multiboxing at the time.

I was in the middle of a fight and someone was asking me which EF writs to get. Lets just say typing short phrases while fighting can get the wrong point across...

Shaggir says to the guild: Avoid maidens
Shaggir says to the guild: Sheep good

And that is how I got the name Shaggir O'Sheep (I removed the surname when I became a recruiting officer, I didn't necessarily want a raid force that got distracted when someone said bah)

Ok if he can toss his love of sheep out there, I can toss out my typo:

On our way to farm eyes in SC one night, I was moping that we were killing the ghostie trees (noo not the trees! isn't it bad enough to get cut down once already?).

Tebren started giving me grief about being a hippie tree hugger. I should have said: well yeah - I'm a druid! we hug trees!

But nooo, I decided to defend myself.

I've learned since that the best defense is a good distraction.

I don't think vent was sane for a good 5 minutes. I was sitting here, in the privacy of my office, with a 300 degree face.

For weeks aftewards half the guild had pets named Redwood, last names Redwood... loverofredwood, hunterofredwood etc. etc. What kind of deck do you have Nini? *sigh* redwood ><

So I can't show a log because it was a vent conversation, but I think it applies. We were leading someone to a place they had not been yet and Kazmier from my guild was giving him instructions. He ended up saying this:

Right on my ass. Get in the hole.

That went straight to my guild comment.
