Don't think so, even if they're minors, I'm pretty sure the parent's aren't the ones to be prosecuted.

Think that if she wanted to sue she wouldn't get much from minors. But the article said that one of the girls was a legal adult. She could prolly sue that one and get a fair amount.

I watched some other vidoes pertaining to this. One was the victims (Victoria I think) parents. They state Myspace and Youtube are the AntiChrist and that they are to blame. Apparently their daughter was "talking shit" about one of the girls via myspace.

Also another video showed the mom of one of the girls giving the beating. The mother stated Victoria should have never said those things on myspace if she couldn't back them up? SERIOUSLY WTF? Nice gene pool.

But what I don't understand why she didn't defend herself at all? I guess in my case I would be going down fighting.....
