I'm stuck in Grand Island, Nebraska for work, and when I watch TV in the hotel at night there are several commercials that *always* show up without sound. The one that strikes the most often is the Valtrex commercial. It never has sound, no matter what station it is on.

Is there some form of censorship in Nebraska limiting certain commercials from using sound?
