Deceleration in the U.S. construction industry resulted in $100 million less in "remittances" -- money from workers in the U.S. to their relatives in Mexico -- in January this year, the most recent available stats. This makes me sick. We should feel bad for those assholes relying on our $1.6 billion. Wait a minute....oh yeah, that's right.
I cna't believe that we are being led to believe that we should feel bad for a gray haired farmer in Mexico because he's used to his son sending him hundreds of dollars a month. This travesty has to end.
