I must admit, my "Amends on <target>, you are my pretty little hate machine!" macro was inspired by the album's title... as shitty as I think Trent Reznor is, he can still come up with the odd phrase or 2 that catches my interest.

What I am saying, however, is that the non-essential elements of a statement can be pulled out in a quotation without corrupting its meaning. This is an acceptable practice used in journalism, etc...

And, as I mentioned, if I wanted to fuck with the quote, I would have.

Jesus man, when will morons quit debating the "it sold millions, it must be good" logic? People are stupid. The mob will do anything, just throw them bread and games(and shitty music). Put it on the radio, commercials, have the lyrics pasted everywhere. In fact, make the CD cover have a hot half naked chick on it. CD sales is probably the most overrated way to deem a band's worth, ever.
