Just because a band sells thousands of albums, does not make the music quality.

If I say I like Queens of the Stone Age, or Tool, or Wolfmother there will be dozens of people telling me I'm an idiot and others that will agree with me.

Music is subjective. Listen to what you like, but if you're dead set on spouting off about it, be prepared to have people call you a moron for listening to it.

i completely agree with everything you said.

and im sure there is a percentage of those millions of record sales were made by retards who listened to it once or bought it because they liked one song on the album... but its not the majority. in my opinion.

No, because some of it is really good. I like certain country music because I can appreciate the talent in it. Especially the stuff that derives from Blue Grass. But we can certainly throw a vast majority of it in there.
