All I'm saying is, go try to have a conversation with someone about whether or not Jason Becker is more talented than Michael Angelo Batio, or Yngwie Malmsteen, or fucking Steve Vai even. While it's true that you can play more difficult music, that doesn't necessarily mean it sounds better and is more creative, does it? Some people would say a musician is more talented than another because they create good feel and tone in their music, rather than lighting fast scales. Really, it all becomes opinion at the end of the day at how people define "talent" in music.
