Yeah, House is Fox's #1 non-reality/scripted show, so there's 0 chance of it not being picked up. In fact, I heard one of the main characters next season is going to be a private investigator and he's likely to get his own series as a spin off, so Fox definitely plans to milk the House franchise for quite a while longer.
