Well I mean she's really stupid to begin with imo, even if this is true.
First off, 23 yr old boyfriend, yea...nuff said there.
Second, she went to a party, which had drugs, and alcohol, with this said boyfriend.
That right there should set off a dozen red flags and warning signs in any logical persons brain. Lesson learned I guess. /shrug
Though I'm not saying what happened to her ( if it did ) is ever right, she put herself in a bad situation, in which she honestly could've avoided altogether.

I'll look for the article but they have already come damn close to it before in Cali(?). Two kids are having sex, the girl decides she doesn't want to do it anymore because she "has to get up in the morning" or some such. The guy keeps going. Another incident I know of from Brown University has essentially said that drunk chicks can't give consent. We are seriously starting to tread in to areas of questionable value, let alone sensibility.
