Ok, got ya. That sucks for your friend. I guess I probably never want to go to work for Sony then.

I think these problems in the game show how bad off their management is. It would be interesting to hear from your friend on his opinions of the current state of the game.

Yes it's completely proportional to the level of customer service too. It was like an article that I read about airport security being minimum wage. How can they be expected to do their job to it's fullest extent and screen indepth? He basically stopped with MMO's since refusing the 2nd term with them and went back to excercise lol.

What's really weird is that you occasionally get an american (or at least a canadian, and that's just america, jr.) on the phone who can understand your question. That's about 1 out of 20 times calling, though. On the petition/chat system, I've never actually received any help.
