Yup, I have no problem what so ever with legal immigrants. But I fucking HATE the illegal ones. Seriously fucking hate them.

Oh oh get this. I heard a Bill may be passed to base citzenship off of Parental Citzenship, see because what alot of them do at times is come up have there babies on american soil to ensure citzenship for there kid, and that isnt allways a bad thing. BUT what some have done is wait till there kid is 21 then the kid can legal bring them into the country to live of god damn welfare. No not all of them do that, but enough to to make me fucking sick.

Sorry if you think im ignorant now. But, I Just can't stomache the thought of someone that illegal comes to OUR Country to live off OUR Welfare that comes from a chunk of OUR paychecks.

This is a personal issue for me b/c my brother married a French woman. They went through the channels and she was even deported once b/c her student visa had expired but they still did it. The cost b/c she was deported jumped quite a bit but a phone call to my senator helped remedy the situation. Jesse Helms, anyone remember him? Anyway I called his office and explained that my brother's fiancee was being deported and that we didn't know what to do. My brother lived in Atlanta and Helms was a senator for NC his office still helped.....they put us in touch with a top immigration lawyer in Atlanta who took the case pro-bono just b/c. He worked with them for the next two-three years until they were allowed to get married. It's undoubtedly easier if you haven't screwed up like Mimi did and they were probably lucky but still damnit there are ways to go about this legally. The fastest way, join the military!

And Rinion I don't think it is wrong to voice your concerns about this very grave problem we have on our hands. I do think many have good intentions but I am sick of being taken advantage of. I posted this on another forum where someone mentioned they were saddened b/c of the children who may be involved. That doesn't make me sad, it was the parents choice it shouldn't be our problem to clean up; send the children with them. Again, if you're here legally I think it's wonderful that you're trying to better yourself. If you're here illegally and intend to rape our system don't ever let me know it b/c I will report your ass faster than you can blink b/c I am tired of paying for you.

Don't forget though...if the children were born in America, the children cannot be deported, as they are legal citizens.

I'll echo that illegal vs legal thought. Seriously, it's not that hard to get here legally, not like it's Australia or Switzerland.

If they pass some sort of amnesty I may be ill.

I do, however, think that if someone is deported specifically for being here illegally (and no other crimes) it should not be held against them if they try to re-enter the country legally. I'm willing to give that much.

I've got some bad news for you, it's not a matter of "if" but when. One of the drawbacks of the left gaining control of Congress is that amnesty is going to happen, they're just waiting for that "-elect" suffix to go away in a couple weeks.
