Anyone believe an advanced intelligent space traveling creature from a different planet will have the same organic features as earth's residents? If this thing has a head and face... no matter how distorted and obfuscated... it's a hoax. Hell you can barely find the "face" on a sperm whale.

That being said... discovering and contacting aliens would be pretty win in my book.
