There is a BIG difference between the victim lightening the situation (finding the silver lining) and the accusers father trying to lighten the jail time.

* Nick claims he should have gone to trial and risked 5 years in jail. He thinks his lawyer somehow tricked him.
* Nick complains his cell his "half the size of his bathroom."
* At some point, Nick and Hulk catch on to the fact that their conversations are being recorded so they begin speaking in some bizarre code.

I'll wager the footage of this kid being cut out of the car would rival anything on stile (which also features a lot of fake pictures). I find that fact Hogan got a slap on the wrist despite "killing" this kid more appalling than any gore-pic, tbh.
