Pleading nolo contendere (or “no contest” for those of you who don’t watch 5 hours of “Law & Order” every night), the mini-Hulkster will serve eight months in jail, after which he will be put on five years’ probation. After his release from prison, Nick must perform 500 hours of community service, as well as complete a DUI school within his first year on the outside.

Finally, throughout his probation, Nick is prohibited from drinking alcohol of any kind.

In a statement to the court, Nick reportedly apologized to the victim’s family.

There was nothing wrong with what Hulk said. Even that woman (who's name escapes me) who went from model to deformed after a drunk driving incident said much the same of herself after she survived. In the actually believing Christian world, God does everything for a damn good reason and all tests, when passed, actually are supposed to make you a better person( or at least prove you were to begin with as in Job). People are just too butt-hurt over what Hulk said to his son to help him cope with his life now being fucked. The victims family can be pissed but others need to step back and just stfu.

I watched a lot of the news when this first happened, they were talking about making Nick's jail time and what not into a reality show...that shit's fucked up. Also, that kid got in the car with Nick...wasn't wearing a seatbelt iirc. Of course it doesn't make it right, I think he was going a crazy speed. ALso, Nick had been pulled over speeding before, like crazy speeding with his dad in the passenger seat...not very smart if you ask me.
