That looks like ours, except we weren't a major hub (only one belt). The ladies would scan and then push the boxes off the belt into the correct slide and the slackers would load the cubes. We'd then load the cubes into the trucks.

we have one belt that carries all the boxes down the line, with dividers every 3 or so trucks. boxes that don't get sorted by then hit that divider and fall to the floor. if it get too backed up, then need to shut the whole belt down, which they don't like doing. Only time that ever happened with us was when something big spilled, or we had stacks everywhere, and couldn't stack anymore.

10.50/hr .. but this was. Oh, 6-7 years ago.
